Hello everyone I’d just like to take a moment here to tell you why I am doing these podcasts. My mother got me interested in classic films when I was in late middle school/early high school, and I was resistant at first. As time went on they started to grow on me and I soon realized what an integral part they would play in my life down the road.
Classic films are truly gems that should be preserved and appreciated because they offer so much in the way of imagination and creativity. They can captivate your mind and take you on an incredible journey and escape.
Many of the actors, actresses, producers, and directors of the past have shaped the modern film industry in various ways, and over the course of my podcast series I intend to educate people on how these films correlate to modern films, how they impacted them, as well as to pay tribute to stars who made them what they are.
I cannot tell you how much joy these films have brought and still bring me throughout the years and I hope that I can spread that joy to you and yours.
